The reception girl is very terrible, she is busy with her mobile. I don't care who the hotel guest is. Business must be bad for such employees. Later I tried to find out her name from her and she said her name is Abrar.

Very close to Haram, distance only 5 minutes, excellent service and great hospitality from Mehboob. He is very kind and friendly with their guest. Overall excellent experienced.
Cleaning boy is very good, and also the House keeping incharge attitude is very pleasant... all staff members are well cooperating.
Why not provide laundry facilities? Not providing meal or tea in room service..

Size of room was so tiny and crammed. Staff was not friendly, at all. Wi-fi didn't work. Cleanliness was awful. So many things around the room were damaged or broken. I paid $400+ for one night and regret it.

Very compact room for 3 people. Once we chek in, there was no housekeeping done while we were staying.toilet pot were also too conjusted, after getting a room for 3 people which was too compacted that even we can't open wardrobe doors, so I have to take one more room.
